Accommodations: Rooms and suites are housed within an elaborate 8-story, U-shaped building. Each features a private balcony or ground-floor terrace, most with views of the gardens. Amenities include air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, in-room safe, mini-bar, liquor dispenser, hairdryer, and ironing/ironing board. Inter-connecting rooms are available. Junior suites have bathtubs, dressing rooms, and living areas. Junior suites with upper-terrace Jacuzzis are also available.
Dining & Entertainment: There are 4 on-site restaurants. Don Emiliano is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving buffet-style meals with cook-to-order stations. Themed buffet dinners are held twice a week. La Botana is a casual beachside spot that serves lunch, beverages, snacks, and informal fare during the day, and offers a steakhouse menu in the evenings. Gran Dragon and Dona Adelita are Asian and Mexican a la carte restaurants, respectively. NOTE: Both require reservations. There are 5 bars, and snacks along with local and imported beverages are served 24 hours a day. Nightly shows provide entertainment, while a DJ and dancing at the Pacha nightclub ignite the social scene.
Recreation: There are 2 swimming pools, including one with a swim-up bar. Plenty of lounge chairs are on hand poolside, or you can head to the beach to relax under a thatched-roof shade. There water sports a-plenty, including windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, and snorkeling. On land, there's volleyball, 2 lighted tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness center, as well as a variety of leisurely activities like table tennis. You can learn to scuba dive with professional instruction given in the pool, and nearby there is horseback riding, bicycling, and an 18-hole golf course. A mini-club, playground, and children's pool entertain the kids, while adults choose their pleasure from the Renova Spa's menu of massages, restorative treatments, and beauty services.
